Photographer Walter Wick, of the “I Spy” and “Can You See What I See” puzzle book series, created a photo puzzle of objects in the Hartford History Collection just for us. Share your own riddle based on the image on page 28-29 of the 2009 Summer Edition of the Hog River Journal.
  1.
Eight of these are in the photo,
    Eight of them are not,
Please help me find which are real,
    For I just plain forgot.
    The sweet singer, Lydia,
    A Connecticut flag,
    The G. Fox Building,
    A picture of a stag,
    A roof collapse,
    A golden throne,
    The explorer, Block,
    An old telephone,
    An 1887 calendar,
    A purple heart,
    A photo of Stowe,
    A horse-drawn cart,
    A Prohibition Ticket,
    A school for the deaf,
    A doll with a moustache,
    Hockey players and a ref.
    Thanks for helping,
    You've really been great,
    I feel much better,
    You've found all eight!
